Our industry expertise and close partnership with the OEM helped us develop a material with a unique combination of ceramic stability and polymer ductility, perfectly suited to the requirements of high-tech manufacturing.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"text bg--transparent\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-3\">\n<h2 class=\"text__title\">Results<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col col-lg-6 offset-lg-1\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col\">\n<div class=\"text__body\">\n<h4>Fewer production delays, lower costs<\/h4>\n<p>Our new material, developed in partnership with the OEM, allowed for a new approach in formulating advanced polyamide-imides (PAI) and solved our customer\u2019s production downtime issues.<\/p>\n<p>In testing, Semitron\u2122 MPR1000 proved to have a lower ionic erosion content and lower outgassing compared to typical polyimide materials on the market, generating less contamination, even after hours of cycling in standard etch vacuum tool environments.
