Ketron™ CR-S PEEK is a polyetheretherketone material engineered to exhibit unique properties for static sealing applications in extreme cold, including cryogenic environments. This extremely durable material withstands exposure to temperatures as cold as -196°C (-320°F) without compromising its excellent tensile strength and low compressive modulus. Additionally, Ketron™ CR-S PEEK has a PFAS-free* formulation, making it an excellent substitute for fluoropolymer seals (*PFAS-free raw material as confirmed by resin supplier; no PFAS substances added during stock shapes manufacturing).
