Nylatron™ SLG PA6 oil-filled polyamide shapes were specifically developed for non-lubricated, high-loaded and slow-moving parts in a variety of industrial environments. For applications that require a low coefficient of friction (COF) and good sliding properties, high mechanical strength, rigidity and outstanding wear resistance, Nylatron™ SLG PA6 components are an ideal solution. Furthermore, when compared to conventional cast nylon grades, Nylatron™ SLG PA6 offers lower maintenance costs and a longer service life. Nylatron™ SLG PA6 has a food contact compliant version that carries USA FDA 21 CFR § 177.2500 compliance and comes in natural color.
