Ketron™ CR-D PEEK is a filled polyetheretherketone material carefully engineered to exhibit unique properties needed for dynamic sealing applications in extreme cold, including cryogenic environments. The material's extreme durability ensures it can withstand exposure to temperatures as cold as -196°C (-320°F) without compromising its strength, ductility, toughness, and resilience. The material has an extremely low coefficient of friction, making it an excellent option for ball valves, dynamic seals, and gaskets at cryogenic temperatures.
