Duratron™ DF7015G direct formed parts and near net shapes are made from a bearing-grade polyimide that exhibits superior temperature and wear resistance qualities, while offering a low coefficient of friction. Not only does Duratron™ DF7015G PI maintain its performance abilities with or without added lubrication, but with 15% graphite added to provide low wear and friction, it is a great choice for bearing, bushing and seal applications where higher loads or speeds are a significant factor.
